Game Day
Vivian Vlantis He’s all dressed up and ready to play A game he’s been playing since before pre-K He’s good at it now, he knows the rules like a pro He practices day and night, and always puts on a show He goes after what he wants, he’s got the motivation After he scores, he does a little celebration He looks at his fans with that silly, sexy smile That makes all the girls stop and stare for a while His boys high-five him like he’s on a mission ‘Cause in this game, attack is his position Everyone loves him, he’s the MVP However, “everyone” doesn’t apply to me A “superstar idol” call him what you want But loving him is something I can not Reread this poem again from the start For it wasn’t a sports game he was playing it was my heart. |
